  1. Do you have reference patients that we can contact?
    Please email us. We are happy to establish a suitable contact.

  2. In which countries is monsana active?
    monsana is mainly active in Germany and Switzerland. But we also have contacts in Austria and Poland where you can receive first class medical treatment at more favourable prices.

  3. In which languages can I communicate with monsana?
    All our employees speak German and English, some speak Russian or French.

  4. Can I directly address my favourite clinic or doctor?
    Certainly. The Who is Who entries feature all contact details. However, the clinics will not be able to help you with administrative or organisational matters. Also they generally do not communicate in Russian.

  5. Can you help me obtain my visa?
    If monsana arranges your stay and medical treatment, we are happy to also help you organise your visa and the invitation letter of the clinic necessary for the visa application and to speed up the proceeding of your visa document.

  6. Does monsana also organise leisure activities?
    monsana is happy to also organise activities other than the medical treatment and corresponding stay. Would you like to add a holiday afterwards? Would you like to play golf? We are happy to advise and support you.

  7. What if there is no doctor listed in Who is Who for my diagnosis?
    Please contact us directly. We have very good contacts to medical experts and are happy to inquire which specialist would be able to help you. The more information you provide to us (preliminary medical examinations and results, diagnoses etc.) the better we can advise you.

  8. What if I transferred too much money to monsana for my medical treatment?
    monsana offers transparent and clear accounting. If requested, you receive copies of all invoices and expenses and can exactly check on what your money has been spent. If there is excess money in the end, you can either use it for a further medical treatment (e.g. rehabilitation) or we transfer the money back to you.


  9. How do I find a suitable doctor?
    In our Who is Who database you can find your doctor via the
    search function, fby indicating your diagnosis/illness and desired country of treatment. Should you not find an appropriate doctor for your medical problem, please contact us directly via the contact form. We will do our best to find the right specialist for you.

  10. How does monsana choose their partners?
    monsana has good connections in the medical field and has 30 years experience in the area. Dr. Dr. hc. M. Lehnhardt, Partner of monsana AG, regularly attends medical congresses to continuously inform herself about the latest treatment methods and research areas. During congresses she establishes contacts to leading experts who offer interesting treatments. Dr. Dr. hc. M. Lehnhardt also lectures at international medical congresses. We only recommend doctors whose service and performance we are convinced of and who we absolutely trust in.

  11. How much does my medical treatment cost?
    Every treatment is charged differently. The price depends on the kind, the duration and the complexity of the treatment and it makes a difference if preliminary examinations and diagnoses are already available or if they have to be done first. After having received all necessary information and medical documentation from you and your doctor has been chosen, we get a detailed cost estimate for you. We submit a proposal to you consisting of treatment costs plus buffer, accommodation, transfer and further services like e.g. interpreter. You then decide if the proposal is acceptable and if you want to undergo the treatment.


  12. How do I know that I can trust monsana?
    monsana AG is a Swiss registered corporation and has a flawless record. We treat all information confidentially and offer transparent accounting of all expenses. Your money is safe on a Swiss trust account until the invoices for your treatment are paid. Any potential excess will be refunded to you or used for further medical treatments. We are happy to put you in contact with a former patient whom you can ask about our practices.
